Less for the participants and the success of the training, but much more for the trainer to be able to further develop himself. The following are the few but important points you should pay attention to at the end of each online training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Get your feedback actively<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>With all your online training you should always ask for feedback. You can do this using a form that you can create using Microsoft Forms, for example. At the end of the course, actively ask participants to fill out the feedback form and allow time for this. If you send the feedback form by e-mail afterwards, the number of participants will be many times smaller. I have also noticed that additional verbal feedback can be very valuable. In addition to the specific questions in the form, you are welcome to ask more open questions orally. I have noticed that the participants like to reveal a little more than when they fill out a form that they want to get through as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Create space for further questions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you have officially reviewed the training content and gathered feedback, you should leave some room for questions. Especially in official certification trainings, participants often have questions that do not directly concern the official topics of the online training. For example, they have questions about the exam strategy and question types of the certification exam. If you have proven your knowledge in the online training, participants will occasionally ask for support after the training, for example for a first project. Take the time to answer all these questions. Note, however, that everyone is free to leave the conversation, as the official part of the training is already over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Review, learning and continuous improvement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>After the online training is finished, you should devote yourself to oral and written evaluations. Write down what you did well and what you would like to do better next time. Pay attention to both the participants' evaluations and your own feelings. If you write everything down neatly, you can read through the notes before your next training and prepare yourself for what you want to do better this time and how you want to achieve it.
