Since 21 April 2020 the time has come. The Office 365 Business (O365) plans have been renamed and moved to the Microsoft 365 (M365) model. Except for the name, however, nothing changes. Both in terms of content (services) and price, the plans remain unchanged.
Excluded Office 365 plans
However, only the business plans are affected by the changes. This means that the enterprise plans such as Office 365 E1, Office 365 E3, etc. are excluded from the name change. These plans therefore will keep their names.
Office 365 plans affected
All existing business plans (e.g. Office 365 Business Essentials and Microsoft 365 Business) will get a new name. Therefore, the changes are listed and displayed in the following overview.
